Premium SHB (Strictly Hard Bean) Grade 1 is high-altitude Peruvian specialty coffee with fresh, homogeneous colour and a clean cup showing strong acidity and well-rounded body.
Overview
Premium SHB Grade 1 permits 8–12 defects in a 300 g sample with no primary defects. Screen: 50% at screen 16+, maximum 5% below screen 14.
SHB denotes coffee grown at elevations where bean density and cup complexity are elevated — prized by specialty roasters for single-origin and premium blend programs.
HVC selects and prepares Premium SHB from defined growing areas including Junín, Cusco and Amazonas, with traceability documentation available.
