Gourmet HB Grade 1 allows 12–15 defects in a 300 g sample with no primary defects. Screen: 50% at screen 16+, maximum 5% below screen 14.
Beans are washed with fresh, homogeneous colour. The cup is clean with good acidity and good body — a dependable specialty grade for café and retail programs.
HB (Hard Bean) denotes high-altitude coffee with good density. HVC prepares Gourmet HB at our dry mills with the same quality systems applied to our top specialty grades.
