Grade 2 MC is a workhorse Peruvian commercial grade — washed beans with fresh scent and bold colour, prepared to screen 14 with a clean, approachable cup profile.

Conventional Grade 2 MC is washed Peruvian Arabica with fewer than 28 defects in a 300 g sample and less than 1% primary defects. Screen size is 14 and above with 5% tolerance.
The cup is clean with good acidity and moderate body — a versatile grade for blends, food-service programs and roasters building a consistent Peruvian component.
HVC sources and mills Grade 2 MC through our network across Peru's coffee regions, with quality controlled at our Lima headquarters and regional dry mills.
