Peru's coffee-growing regions
Peru produces 100% Arabica across the eastern Andes and Amazonian slopes — from the northern departments of Amazonas and San Martín through central Junín and Lima to southern Cusco and Quillabamba. Altitude, volcanic soils and tropical climate create diverse cup profiles.
HVC operates dry mills in the north, centre (Lima and Junín) and south (Quillabamba), sourcing and processing coffee from each region to offer buyers the origin, grade and certification they need.

Through certified programs and traceability reporting, HVC supports responsible production and gives buyers the documentation their markets require.

Distinct origins, distinct cups
Junín and central Peru produce dependable commercial and SHB specialty coffees with chocolate and nut notes. Cusco offers bright acidity and floral character at elevation. Northern regions including Amazonas contribute to certified and commercial programs.
